Jamie joined the group in 2025 as a Co-Op Student, then completed her 2025–2026 Honours Research Project. and then continued working with us as a research technician.

Bhavya joined the group in September 2025. Her MSc project focuses on metabolic engineering of lignin biosynthesis in Arabidopsis.

Lauren joined the group for her 2026-2027 Honours Project. She is researching the mechanisms of lignin deposition in seed pods and the effects of lignification on pod shattering (dehiscence).

Justyn joined the group for his 2026-2027 Honours Project. He is investigating phenolic metabolites in one of our favourite local plant species, Eastern leatherwood (Dirca palustris).

Talia joined the group in 2025 as a volunteer and then continued working with us as a research technician. She has been helping us to optimise our plant cultivation methods.
